I was so excited when I saw this review and giveaway. This Hoover MaxExtract Carpet Cleaner is the bomb. I have two small grandchildren that play on my floors and I cringe to think what is hiding in the fibers of my rugs. I really hate it. Resolve and a sponge mop just doesn't get the deep down dirt out no matter how clean the surface looks. I love that the Hoover sucks up the dirt and doesn't just push it around.
