I'm always cold due to an illness called Rheumatoid Arthritis. I can not regulate body temperature. The Slanket would be wonderful to wear in these frigid cold winters here in Maine. I just came from Leslie Loves Veggies where she just wrote a fantastic review and is having a giveaway for the Magic Bullet To Go. This is sooooooo awesome because you can take it anywhere because it runs by batteries no cords or electricity needed. My son plays football and I would love to have one to take with us to the game to make smoothies and more~!
We also do a lot of camping and the Magic Bullet To Go would come in so handy. One of our favorite spots has no hook ups but it's worth it because we set our camper right at the foot of the falls and not only is it beautiful but we get to fall asleep with the sound of the falls. We leave our old 1969 camper there all summer and spend lots of weekends there but with no electricity a blender or processor is out of the question so this would be perfect. Not only do you need no electricity but it is small and takes no space which is a big plus because our camper is just a tiny tagalong. I was so thrilled to see that Experimental Mommy at The Not-So-Blog was having a review and giveaway for the Oreck Halo Germ Killing Vacuum because I suffer from Asthma and vacuuming just irritates it and I often have attacks. I've been wanting one of these for a while now. I have been using an Antique Vacuum that my mother handed down to me 25+ years ago and it has no type of filter system at all and the dust it throws up is awful not to mention it doesn't clean my rugs very well at all. I can't get over that it even kills germs. The UV-C light chamber kills many of the germs, bacteria, dust-mites and flea eggs that plague or carpets in a quick, chemical-free fashion. I just read a review about a product called Musicolor. I had never heard of this before. This is a wonderful toy that joins coloring with music. You color these disc (it reminds me of the old record players) then the Musicolor will play notes to the color.
