#Giveaway Is Going On Now At Kelly's Thoughts On Things

I just came from Kelly's Thoughts On Things where I read a review on these beautiful sounding Corinthian Wing Chimes. My Father loved listening to wind chimes and when I played the video at her site it made me think of all the times I had sat with my Father and listened with him. He recently passed away and I miss him every day. Every time I hear a wind chime I think of him. I thought wouldn't it be nice to hang one at his grave so they could play their beautiful sounds for him every day. If you like wind chimes you should check out the review and the best part is you can enter for a chance to win one. After reading the review and listening to them I just had to enter. You can to just click on any link in this post.

Dragonfly Sweetnest And Sven Clogs Means A Great Review & Giveaway!

With RA I have trouble finding anything I can wear on my feet for shoes. Crocks and Clogs are the only two shoes I have found that I can wear. Come winter time my feet get real cold in the Crocks. My summer Clogs are to cold for winter so when I saw this pair with the puffed collar I had to check more into this company. I learned they had lined and boot ones at Sven Clogs.  I was so happy. I even found on their web site that they can make specialty shoes as well. This was a big deal because I just may be able to get a pair of Clog Boots in the future. Dragonfly Sweetness has a giveaway going on for a pair of Sven Clogs.  To see and learn more check out the complete review at Dragonfly Sweetnest and don't forget to enter while you are there. Don't Miss It #Enter #RYOBI Cordless 40 Volt Chainsaw #Giveaway

I'm so excited about this RYOBI giveaway~! We have several acres here that is in desperate need of some trimming. The pine trees are huge beautiful trees but you can't tell because of all the leave-less branches that go all the way to the ground which takes away from their beauty. I love the look of a nice groomed pine grove. We can't even walk around the property right now amongst the trees because the branches are so thick and not to mention ugly with no leaves. It looks like something out of a horror movie at night time. I have been wanting to trim them to improve the look and function of the property but I don't have the tools to do it with. That is when I stumbled across Rainy Day Pennies blog giveaway where the Holiday Contest Sweeps has a  RYOBI Cordless 40 Volt Chainsaw giveaway. I think it's  just the tool I have been needing to get the job done. Check out the complete review at Rainy Day Pennies and while your there enter too~!

From The Ground Up!

First we had to move a mountain in order to have flat ground to build the garage on. That was the first obstacle  we faced.

Then we have to get that dirt from the  mountain on the other side of the house to fill where the mountain dropped down and build it up for the spot to put the garage.

Once the ground work was done then the fun begun. Time to set up for the slab........

Now all that has to be done to have a  nice slab is to pour and work the cement. That sounds a lot easier than it is. The guys worked hard all day..........

But there was also some smiles during all this hard work and in the end there sat a beautiful slab just waiting for a garage to be built on top of it.

I want to thank all our friends and relatives for helping in this huge project. It was appreciated more than you will ever know~!
